a day late?
if its just a day, I wouldnt worry that much
sometimes stress causes your period to delay..

but if you completely skipped your period,
then heres the top 10 symptoms for pregnancy:
-missed menstrual period
-nausea
-extreme fatigue
-frequent urination
-tender breasts
-headache
-constipation
-spotting
-feeling faint

the easiest way is not to worry until you are at least 2 weeks late.. than try to take a pregnancy test...
but yea just keep a watch out for symptoms..
~having to pee a lot
~boobs being sore
~getting sick (morning sickness)
