Im 16...how to lost my body fat :(

I'm 16 how much weight can I lose in 2 months? (male)
Hi..im 16 im fat sad...I wiegh about 230-250 , I want too go too the gym and losre my ( breasts, stomach fat, love handles, etc)..how much can I lose in 2 months going to the gym fo rlike 2-3...

hours,,,also what do I do at the gym to lose all this? Thanx

As much as you want! If you really put your mind to it,anything can be done. A friend of mine from wrestling use to lose up to 7lbs a day and he weighed about 230lbs also.

just cut down on the junk food and no fried foods only baked
just watch your calories
drink lots of water
stay low carb that including bread
exercise 20-30 min a day

eat food that has more fiber dude.. like serial in the morning. dont eat to much, just fucz in your goal.. ^_^

my friend it's not going to be easy. you didn't get that way in two weeks and you're not going to loose it in two weeks. I'm sorry to tell ya that but it's true. First thing you need to do is to talk with a doctor OK? Are ya still listening? A doctor can and will help you lose weight and lose it the safely. You can really hurt yourself if you do it wrong my friend. Please go to a doctor explain what you want to do and go from there. I think you should be proud of yourself for taking the first step and that step is to realize that you need to lose weight. GOOD FOR YOU MAN! I don't even know ya and I'm proud of ya! Doctor-lose weight-get girl-have sex. Sounds good to me.

Advisor-small

to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 10-30 minutes a day
start at 10 minutes then work your way up
and eat healthy
and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water
because there all full of sugar
first you need to get familiar with exerscising
dont just go out and start doing it because that could cause more problems
start off slowly
in 2 months your not going to see huge results
but if you stick with regular exerscise and also eat a healthy diet
you could loose a fair amount
loosing 1kg a week is usually whats recomended
it would be best to see your doctor first to get yourself checked out
make sure he/she gives you the ok to start exerscising and ask if theres anything, like heart problems that you need to be aware of or that might slow you down
also ask how much would be a safe amount to loose in a week or by that time

I ONLY HAVE A FEW SMALL TIPS BUT I REALLY HOPE THAT THEY HELP YOU.. I LOST AROUND 65 IN 4 MONTHS WITH THIS. WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING STRETCH YOU ARMS AND LEGS..UNTILL NOTHING FEELS TIGHT.. THROUGH OUT THE DAY TAKE TIME TO STRETCH OUT.. DRINK GREEN TEA WITH GINSENG IN IT ( IT SPEEDS UP YOUR METABOLISM) .. ALSO TUNA IS VERY GOOD TO HELP BURN FAT AND MAINTAIN MUSCLE. ALSO PEANUT BUTTER IS VERY GOOD. SMALL EXERCISES AT FIRST... THEN BUILD YOUR SELF UP...SIT UPS AND LEG LIFTS ARE GREAT. I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU!!
