Illegal piercing even with a parent?

hey . I live in the southern New Jersey area. im 14 and I can pass as 16 on my better days lol. my mom agreed to let me get a belly button piercing if we can find a place that allows it since im underage. she said that in not 18 so no piercer will do...

it. howver I've heard from some people that as long as you have a parent with you and have their consent (which I do) the piercer will do it. do you know of any places that will do it?? or is it illegal?? im really confused about Nj laws concerning this. also what if I went to delawre or PA. is it diff there? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks happy

I'm Thirteen, And I got my lip pierced at my age not too long ago. I live in Delaware. If you can go to Delaware, Go to American Tattoo's and piercings or something like that. That's where I got my lip done. Just tell them your 16. They'll do it. I had to say I was fifteen.

go to perircing padgodayin any mall. ex. deptford. cumberland. etc.
they will peirce it for you my friend got one from their and she was 14.

it is only illigal for a piercer to pierce someone under the age of 18 without parents conset. It isn't illegal. I got my nose piercced when I was 14 with my mum and medusa done when I was 15 with my mum
