If you only had $100

How far from home could you travel (meals included) for the day? Where would you go? This is $100 (or the equivalent in your country) per person

I'd probably head to Forbidden Planet, load up on comics, and go to Chelsea for a Croque Monsieur and some Chablis. One thing I love about New York is I never feel the need to travel far to find whatever I'm in the mood for.

Assuming two people driving there and back with an overnight stay at the far end of the trip, and light to moderate eating, about 500 miles - but that would be driving almost all the time.

Much would depend on your purpose - business, casual sightseeing, heading for a destination, etc.
