If you had just one wish, what would it be?

If you had just one wish, what would it be? (not money - lol, I think everybody has that thought).

I'd wish that everybody would spread 'positivism'...by that, I mean - I'd like everybody to spread their good cheer, and smiles on the rest of the world. It's amazing how much of a little difference a smile, and some positive outlook can bring. Traditional media 'if it bleeds, it leads' is frankly a disgusting way to look at the world & at life.

If I could get everybody to think postively, and be optimistic...that would be a wish I'd love to see happen. Anybody else?

Well, if the wish was for myself, I'd have to ask for true contentment. I'm sick and tired of worrying about what tomorrow will bring, what bad things will happen, how ugly I look, I just want to know in my heart that things will be okay.
If that wish was for the world in general, I'd wish that people would think with their hearts more than their minds. By that, I mean, well, take this war in Iraq for example, logically, you would think that it's the only way to solve the problem, but in your heart, you know it's just not right. If we all listened to the message our hearts were telling us more often, we'd all be treated better and the world would be a better place.
To sum that up, I want true contentmant and for us all to let our hearts guide us more. Peace out.

You're right, the media is all negative, millions of good stories out there but they are of no interest....honestly, looking at the news today (the state the world is in), it reads exactly as described in the Bible, the times just before the return of Christ....it is certainly my wish/hope/prayer that none of my family or friends be 'left behind'

If I had one wish, I think I would wish to know the answer to every answerable question. Knowledge is powerful, I could know how to cure cancer or how to best raise money for a certain cause, when someone was lying to me or how to best help someone in a tough situation. I suppose it would become a pretty heavy burden, but it seems like a pretty cool idea to me.

I think I would wish for people to want happiness over being right. It's a simple quote from Dr.Phil 'are you arguing to be right or to be happy' It's a concept that cousellors have been trying to instill in their clients for years. I would make it mandatory in school to teach this technique. That would be my wish.

my one wish would for me to not read into things so much.and not to worry all the time..but I have a lot of wishes e.g me to settle down and provide my best for my family in the future, too not become a lost soul

That's a real tough one! There's a song that goes; 'if I had to do it all over again what would I do different...' I think I would like to pick a time in my past life and go back to it so I could start all over again but it wouldn't work unless I knew then what I know now, so as the song goes; 'what would I do different, probably nothing'. So I guess I would wish I could remain at the age of 37 indefinitely. I was young, good looking, healthy and strong as a horse. >

my wish is that all will be filled with love in their eyes so that there would be no more hatred and they can only see the beauty in each others eyes thats the true beauty of love.
