not necessarily, it depends on how bad the scars or but if it isn't that bad then most likely no.

ok im 15 and already have a ton of scars and stretchmarks I bought fade out cream and they aint as thick and less red so I'd buy it, if your in england you can buy it anywhere I dont know about the us but im sure they have bio oil which does the same

when I was 6 I got a huge scar on my leg, and 10 years later, its still there.. still numb, big cause it streched as I got taller , I dont really think it was treated too well .
