Ideas for my 17th bday party?

one of my dads friend, and it was enormous. It was worth like 6 million $, and we could use it for free! I arrived in a limo, everyone was wearing fancy clothes, there were about a 100 people, I hired a Dj, I had fireworks, and around midnight we jumped into the private pool.

Sooo,.. I cant really go overboard this year, otherwise my parents will kill me. lol.
So I was thinking about a party at my house, I did that before. there won't be that much people, I'm thinking about 15 or stuff.
But the thing is, I wan't something different. I don]t want to do something boring like just watching a movie the whole night. I don't know, maybe a theme or stuff?
I know I can check sites, but I want your ideas! There will be boys AND girls, and I don't really want a dancing party. I heard about stuff like Willie Wonka parties or stuff? I don't know.

Nothing TOO funky, like that everyone has to come in a costume or tsuf, thats kinda stupidd.. but can you guys help me? Pleaaase?

maybe a club themed party, like with a dj playing all good music you listen to and strob lights and a platform. but I guess thats too dance partyish?lmfao.

maybe a carnival theme like no rides but all fun carnival foood, idkk. ahaa, I'm having a candy themed sweet16, its going to be maddd sickk=] but I guess thats the same as willie wonka?bahah I sound so bland. whatevvvs.

Well, I' m not too sure what kind of things you're looking for, since in my family birthday parties are for children and end when you turn 13.

However, what's wrong with just having some close friends over for pizza and movies? Why does it have to be such a big bash?

Thanks, I guess?.. Maybe your parties stop when you're 13, but my parties are normally not that big, so it's not a big deal. I just had this sweet sixteen last year that I was planning for years. Its the only time we really went overboard. So why is it a bad thing that I want to give a gettogether with my birthday, but make it a little more special then normal? I'm just asking for ideas, not ideas like Rent a hotelsuite but just like, You could chocolate fondue or stuff xD
