Ideas for a cannibal costume (at home/cheap)

I want to be a cannibal this year.

I have some things in mind but...I'm not that sure.

So does anyone have some ideas on how I could pull that off while paying a cheap price?

Maybe you could wear a name tag that says (your name) Donner and put fake blood on your shirt or something.
Donner because of the Donner party happy

I don't know...that's all I could think of for an at home cheap solution, unless your really crafty and can make a paper mache limb or something and put fake blood on it.
