I would like to know if this is love?

I was with this boy for about a year.We broke up a while ago and I really didnt feel that bad about it. But now I find myself cring everynight,writing poems about him and I cant listen to a slow song without cring. He means the world to me and I wish I...

could see if he felt the same way. When we talk on the phone he still says quot;I Love Youquot; and I say it back. But still I feel Like I need him so much. I have been cring myself to sleep with all our memories in mind. I cry so much my eyes turn bright red.I try to tell him how much I need him but I get scard and choke up! So I would like to know...is what I#039;m feeling love?

Him saying quot;I Love Youquot; does not really mean anything. Saying it only means something when the other person also shows it.

If you both are not seeing someone else, then try to get together again.

Also, stop the quot;I Love Youquot; bullshit. I may seem like a cynic, but I love my significant other too. Demonstrate your love for each other and stop saying it so damn much.

Tell him that you want to get back together with him and see how it goes. If he#039;s moved on, then cry some more of those tears and move on too.

If he#039;s read to give it another try, next time show him how you love him (not just by sex, or the quot;I love youquot wink by the little day to day things that a relationship makes.

Tell him what you told us, not the crying part, just the thinking about him a lot part. ANY guy loves hearing this. Just don#039;t turn into a stalker

I think this probably is love for you but maybe not for him. If he hasn#039;t realized the torment of what you#039;re going through right now then I would have to question his level of sincerity. When you love someone you know when something just isn#039;t right with that loved someone.

I might try a last ditch effort with him but be aware that you will most likely NOT get the answer you hoped for. And please talk to someone (friend, family member, someone not on-line) about you#039;re feelings and what#039;s happening. It#039;s not healthy to keep all bottled up and cry all night to yourself. Having a shoulder to cry on is much more comforting.
