How do i get emancipated?

I live in wyoming and am 15. I would like to get emansipated when I turn 16 any sugestions?? like how to do it?

Why would you want to leave home at such a young age?? If I were you I would soak it all up...and stay home.. You dont have to pay for anything like rent, mortgage, bills or even food... Just wait tell your older, dont start your adult world now...

well you have to have your parents or gaurdian sign over rights. also you can get a job and pay rent for 3 months bring your paycheck stub and the receipts for rent and you can get emancipated, the only thing is is that it take a while. I just got emancipated and im only 15.

first off I would like to tell you that at 15 you should still be at home and 2nd if there is something not working out with your parent you should talk to them or a family member or friend that you can trust in . I was about your age when I went out on my own and it not something any young lady or boy should do . I was 16 when I got preg. with my first child and didnot have a clue. from my walk in life im telling you stay with your parents as long as you can , and do what they ask because they tell you the things they do because they want better for you, then what they had or could give to you. I know your get this all the time. but its not funn when your 24 and have three kids and no one to help you with them , dont get me wrong I love all of my kids but I was to young to go out on my own without the full knowhow of life. and I promise you this you will always need your parents .
so take a chill pill and stay young while you can and enjoy life as it is you always have time when your a kid . I hope my words will help you and please thank about what im telling you if I could be 15 again I would do it all over again ...

Why rush it.. life happens fast enough without any help... the grownup world is not all its cracked up to be, and if you are not properly prepared for it, you can suffer for the rest of your life.. be smart.. stay home until you are fully ready for what you are going to face, and that should be as long as you can stretch it...
