is with healthy eating and regular exerscise
diest dont work
starving yourself doesnt work
these things will just make you gain all the weight back, and then some
and f*ck up your health
if your not willing to put in the effort your not going to see any permanent results
so start eating healthily
work on cutting out soda drinks and junk food
and start doing some regular exerscise
one of my friends moms has an Eating Plan its just another fancy word for diet and she says it reallly works,but its hard, and you cant eat sugar.
so if you think you go go without eating ANY sugar and want to like start counting your chips you eat, Fun Mail me and ill give you the info on the eating plan.
ALSO a diet that really worked for my mom is drinking a tall glass of water before each meal. it makes you somehat full, and over a few weeks it actually shrinks your stomach.
exercise for an hour everyday and it will do a difference

join a gym if you have too

and eat healthy, avoid junk foods.
well my mom went on the adkins diet and her my grandma and aunt all three lost tons of pounds you can google it and get all the specific details but if your a vegitarian it definitely wouldn't be the right diet for you also my health teacher this year said she heard about a teenager that was overweight like 240 lbs maybe and im not sure what video game it was but it was somehting like dance revolution I think I don't know but she would do that because she loved to dance she did it all the time just for fun and lost like 50 pounds so maybe just start doing small fun things like that along with eating healthier
