I want to lose weight before summer :(

Alright I asked this question before but the person who answered was dumb and didnt answer my question. Ok My name is Rob I'm 5 Foot 4 Inches and weight around 135 pounds.I dont have too much muscle its mostly fat on my stomach, I wanna see if someone...

will answer my question with a diet program or a work out that i could do everyday to lose weight i dont care about the #'s just the look of my body, I get emmarased when i go swimming and stuff. I can run a mile with out being to tired and usually my mile time is roughly 8 minutes jogging that is. please asnwer my question the right way and dont miss the actual question I wanna see if someone will answer my question with a diet program or a work out that i could do everyday to lose weight thanks
