The healthiest diet out there is so easy... have you ever noticed the really skinny people eat a lot but still stay skinny? they have a high metabolism which means there body burns the calories faster... there are a few simple things you can do and ill set you up with a diet that will show progress in no time...
1) go to the store and buy some small HEALTHY snack foods (raisins, fruit snacks, fruit)
2) pack them with you to eat where ever you are.
3) every 2 hours eat one of the items...(8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm, ect.) (you can still eat lunch and dinner but make sure it is kind of small)
NOTE!
- if you feel yourself being hungry all the time that means it is working =]
- the object is to eat a little bit very often instead of a lot not so often.
- do exercise regularly as usual. =]

What you can start off by doing is making yourself a plan that includes diet(to an extent) and exercise. With your diet you should try to start with a 3000 calorie limit and as soon as you are comfortable with that switch to 2500 calorie limit a day. I also suggest drink iced water eating lots of protein such as fish chicken and most vegetables. You must include exercise for at least 30 mins a day, must be cardio example: Running, biking, swimming, ect... But the key thing is when you start to feel that 30 mins is not enough push yourself to 40 mins if its running if you start with biking start with 50mins and use intervals of 20mins. If you want to burn a lot of carbs and calories do 30mins in the morning, before breakfast, and 30mins in the evening ,before dinner but not right after lunch. Hope this was helpful.
