u look oright if its your pic on your profile must take your doc advice before dieting if you r overweight control your appetite.try 2 eat salads,fruits avoid full cream milk,yogurts or any fried foods.u must exercise if want to loose the weight

so, dieting is just your eating habit, change the way you eat, stop eating fast food if you eat it, the way its processed there is NO nutrients in it anymore. Dont go for all these lose weight fast pills...its a lie, you need to eat right, start either running, biking, swimming, soccer, some sort of sport or activity where you are active for at least 30 min everyday. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, try to eat the veggies raw if possible, if you cook them you take the nutrition out of them, cut back on sweets and sugars, try to stay away from energy drinks as much as possible, dink LOTS of water everyday, and gatorade. Stay active and healty, go to the store or library and get a book on eating healthy, NOT DIETING, dieting is bad for your system, you have a eating habit, change it for a little while which is your diet, then you go back...its not good for you body. Just change the way and what you eat.

Eat healthily I.e. don't eat sweets, biscuits, fast food. However to acheive your goal of losing weight you must exercise each day so that you are burning more calories than you are taking in. Pretty easy - I think so.
