Try just eating natural foods, like lean meats, skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, and fish. Also, lots of veggies steamed or stir fried, and fruits. Add legumes, beans, seeds and nuts, Cut out presweetened drinks like soda or anything with cornsyrup fructose, drink lots of water or 100% fruit juices, cut out fried or fast foods, processed foods, white flour products and switch to whole grain breads, creals, rice and pasta. Smaller quantities, (i.e. 3 oz. of any meat.) Smaller portions, less sugar products, cakes, candy, less salty products! This will help alot. And most of all Exercise, 4-5 times a week 30-60 minutes, even if it's just walking!

How do i lose more weight?
i want to loose some weight , i think i lost a lil bit bc my pant size has went down and also my tops are much bigger , i didnt do nething tho but now that i lost the weight i wanna loose more , also i have big boobs and idk wat to do about those i know...
those add on to my weight but i also dont wanna loose them so can ne one help
