I want to go back to tennessee to live with my mom

My dad is all pissed and want let me go.

So im really confused on what to do.

I have a heart and I fell really bad cause my dad says said it hurts him that I don't want to live with him.

Its not like I don't want to live with him.I just don't want to...

live in Michigan.

My dad has always been there for me more than anyone and my mom isn't really there for me.

I want to go live with her but my dad don't understand why...I am just way
happier in Tennessee .

I told my dad that he should want me to be happy

and he said he does want to make me happy

so I said then let me go.

He said I could but that I couldn't take my bed or dresser

cause there brand new and I understand that.

he also thinks I used him so he could buy me all that then me just to go back to Tennessee with all the new stuff

I would never do that

now I still want to go back my dad keeps wanting to buy me stuff.

so when I say I don't want anything

he goes why don't you want me to buy you thing
then he throws it back up in my face when he buys me something

Also my grandparents dont like my dad
my dad says they want to take credit for raising a good child

which im not that great its just what parents don't know want hurt them

plus my mom let me date

my dad doesn't til l im 16
I think that one reason he want let me go back down there
because my mom lets me date guys

And one more things is my dad payed good money to fight for me in court
he said he want let me go that easy

PLus the only reason I had to come back up to Michigan was because my mom was not claiming my dad child support she has us on warfare food stamps

so I had to come back to Michgan or get takes away

Plus I got sent down to Tennessee for a punishment for osmehting I did
but then I liked it down there

my dad says I pretty much slapped him in the face

Please help me im so confussed on what to do

Almost the same happen to me my dad beats me and hits me an I want to live with my mom. So if you want to live with your mom then do so just tell your dad that you have more then 1 parent. Tell him you will come back and vist him.
