Unfortunately there are no foods you can eat to gain weight on specific areas of your body.
If you eat more calories than you burn and thus gain weight, part of this increased weight may go on to your hips, butt, stomach and thighs.
Bottom Line: Just as we can't choose the areas from which we shed weight, neither can we choose the areas where we gain weight
