That and dieting is wong to do. A diet is something you do until you lose weight and then you stop. You're going to just gain all that weight back anyways, so don't bother. Come up with a plan to eat better and stick to it forever. You don't have to cut out sweets all together. You just have to eat less of them and more of healthy stuff.

ok so tomorrow I start my diet but today iam eating evrything I want candy, ice cream and lots fo chocolate I love sweets because then I know I wont be able to snack on all that so my question is is this the right thing to do??
