Everyone on here gives the same damn answer for this question 'Eat healthy, Exercise'

Out of experience I have learned that that method doesnt prove possible for everyone trying to lose weight.

I myself, cut back on eating. You can eat three times a day and eat very little. It worked for me pretty much instantly. Sadly, You should stay active to keep the weight from catching back up.

Eating healthy foods and excercising I think is the best way. Eating junk food builds up fat in you body and it will seem like you are getting fatter. So, make sure you throw all junk food you have away and get out the carrots!

Ok, so yeas eating healthy and exercise are good.

Also a lot of HIGH CARDIO workout will help you drop fast, strength training and things like that don't help you loose fat it helps you build muscle...

AND! Eating more regularly through out the day, like 6 or 7 small HEALTHY meals instead of less will boost your motabolism and your body will burn the food faster.

if you cut back on eating your body freaks our and STORES FATS! I'm sure thats not what you want, lol.

no dont eat 3 times a day!!

ok follow this carefully. I've been telling everyone else the same thing

eat 6 small meals a day consisting of lean proteins and vegetables.

if you eat carbs DONT eat anything white...eat whole grains and oatmeal, fruit,...but only in the morning

eat 200 to 300 calories every 2 to 3 hours.

your body doesnt base weight loss off what you eat in a day, it bases off each meal. thats VERY important to know.

within 3 hours, your body is digesting what you ate at the beginning of that time...so if you give it extra calories, then it will not be able to process it all and the excess food will get stored to your body. so go by MEAL not day.
