No More Soda.
Have a Salad Before every Meal (('cept breakfast))..It helps to make you full without over eating.
Drink water whenever you can.Itll get your metabolism going faster.
I also heard that if you drink ice water as soon as you wake up,itll make your metabolism move real fast
try not to have too much bread,its fattening.
Or sugars,which turn into body fat.
sugars in fruit is fine though.

You got to remember a healthy weight is the weight your body settles into when you eat a nutrutious diet and exercise and balance the calories you esat with then activities you do. Healthy eating combined with some exercise, aim to lose 1 to 2lb week and it will stay off that way, don't try starving yourself or making yourself sick, that is not the answer, you will just damage your body. The body will then go into famine mode and will retain any fat stored in your body instead of burning it up. Exercise will increase your metabolism, and you need food to fuel your body, a combination of healthy eating and exercise is the only answer.

Well veggies would help, how about fruit, lean met like chicken, and turkey breast, and loin type meats, baked or broiled in olive oil or canola. And a serving size when your trying to lose weight is 3 oz of meat, fish is another good way to go, a great source of protein, even shrimp or scallops, broiled are pretty low in calories. Drink lots of water instead of soda or presweetened drinks and cut out, at least for awhile, chips, cookies, cany, sweets, basically, Choose low fat, low sugar, low sodium foods, and read labels to see whats in what your eating and what a serving size actually is, and stick by it. Use whole grain products ins stead of white flour, like wheat breads, pasta, rice and cereals, and try and eat a good breakfast, use yogurt, and fruit if your in a hurry!

Hey, can someone please tell me a quick way to get thin, im not talking about stick thin, just slim enough for people to stop calling me fat.
I dont feel normal anymore, and it's getting me down big time, I havent done this to get pitty off anyone, I...
just want to be thin, last time I made myself sick after food, I started to noticed I was loosing an awful lot of weight, and it made me happy.
Thanks for any advice.
