umm hard situatioln do you know this guy or just a kid you have a crush on? if you know him I wouldnt come straight out and tell him becuase it might scare him away I would just hang out with him a lot more and act interested he will get the hit sooner or later.

if the guy and you are friends then just drop little hints and then eventually ask him if he would like to hang sometime just the both of you but if you are not friends with him then ask him out or just go up to him and get to know him better and then eventually ask him out
