How do i convince my dad to let me get an ipod touch?

How do I convince my dad that I should be able to buy an ipod touch

my sisters friends 1 is scratched 2 peices because its silver at the back its only the colour you choose at the front and scratches on silver show up really clearly

give him reasons why you need one! like if your doin good in school and stuff like that! report cards (for me is coming on friday) if urs is soon and if you get good grades convince your dad and say hey since I got good grades can I get an I-pod to touch as my reward??

If its your money he cant really stop you...

Just tell him all the features... like how it can go on the internet and how it is a much better deal then a regular ipod =D.

he says I shouldnt cause I have an old ipod but he doesnt care that its old
