Your 18, why rush into having a baby?
Are you seriously finacially ready and stable to have this baby? Have you thought about what will happen if he leaves you? Do you have health insurance? Are you capable of buying a crib, formula, diapers, and everything else you need for the baby? Do you have a reliable place to live (not your parents house or his)? Have you been to school and accomplished what you want to already? Are you ready to give up your entire social life and most of your friends (I promise they all leave when you have a kid)? Are you ready for the emotional toll that having a newborn will take on you? Can you afford Daycare every week? Are you ready to gain weight, have strechmarks, hemmroids, and to give your body up for another human being?
I seriously think you need to think about this more, having a baby is something that is very serious that should not be played around with because you simply WANT one.
I can give my opinion on anything I would like when you post on the internet for the whole world to see. I gave her my opinion, which is the truth, believe me, I have a 3 month old son. I'm 23 years old, and it's still very hard. I hate seeing teenagers come on here saying they are ready to have a baby, when they still have so much in life left to do, and have no idea how much work it takes emotionally and physically. I'm trying to help her out and give her a perspective on things.
Again, I understand that. But it did have to do with what she was asking, she is saying that they have decided to have a baby, it's not like I went completely off topic there.
Want me to answer her question fine, after having the shot, it can take several months to become pregnant, although some people have no problems conceiving after, and some do.
Although, I still stand by my first post, all I was doing was giving advice on something that I thought she should here.
