I want to gain weight

can anybody tell me wut I need to eat and wut exercise to gain weight? I am 5'8 and about 121 lb

I suggest getting some weight-gain tablets or something from your doctor, I think you'll be able to get some. But you should make sure you're underweight before you do just in case.

Consult your physician but my best advice would be to try and eat healthy. Incorporate all the food groups into your diet and eat a good size meal.
