I think my ear piercings are infected definitely

OKAY SO I SORTA GOT MY EAR PIERCED AS YOU CAN SEE IN MY PICTURE...BUT LOOK I GOT THREE IN MY EARS NOW...AND I DID NOT DISINFECT IT LIKE I WAS SUPPOSE TO FOR 2 DAYS AND THEN WHEN THE 3RD DAY CAME AROUND I BOUGHT THESE FAKE A** EARINGS AND STUCK THEM IN MY...

EARS LIKE A LITTLE B*** AND 1 OF THEM I KNOW FOR SURE IS NOT INFECTED(THE TOP ONE) BUT THE LAST TWO EARRINGS I TOOK THEM OFF AND CLEANED IT WITH ALCOHOL AND IM AFRAID NOW BECAUSE I LET THEM CLOSE AND WHEN I RUB MY FINGERS ON THE SPOT ITS LIKE UMMM LITTLE TINY BALLS INSIDE OF IT ,,,NO ITS NOT BIG BUT ITS SMALL LIKE ITS INSIDE THE SPOT WHERE MY PIERCINGS USED TO BE...WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I DO IM SO AFRAID!!!heeelllppp pppllleeeaaassseee

That is normal for everyone that has their ears pierced. Those bumps come up in their ears all of the time if it gets bigger or begins to hurt you can have it lanced at the doctor.
