How can I tell if my boss is interested in me?

he's been my boss for a coupe of years now. I see him looking at me and he pays me compliments a lot(on my hair or outfit) thing is I just "want" him. I don't want to date him or have a relationship with him I just feel a lot of sexual frustration between us or something. how do I let him know without saying it that I'm interested and how can I tell if he is? I don't sleep around but I am mature enough to know that a relationship is not an option here.

The best thing to do... would be to leave it alone!! It is never best to develop romantic or sexual relationships with co workers... or even your boss!! That will create a lot of tension and stress at your job.. and if you value your job.. it would be wise to leave it alone. It is just not appropriate to pursue any kind of relationship at work.. well- sexual relationship.

only pursue it if you are willing to find a new job immediately afterwards.
