Can I dump my boyfriend for his friend?

What do I do?! My boyfriend has been acting like a total jerk recently. Now all of a sudden I'm seeing his friend as being a total hottie. And I'm starting to think that his friend likes me too.What do I do??

I thought that my boyfriend acted like a jerk during the school's musical. I sat down and talked to him and found out that everything was in my head. Please talk to him... don't just dump him because he's acting different for a short period of time. You need to get the full story behind things before you decide if you want to break it off or not. And about his friend: if his looks are the only thing that's luring you into him, he's probably not worth it. Looks aren't everything... just an added bonus sometimes. But if you honestly think you'd be better off with his friend rather than him, calmly explain things to your boyfriend, get to know his friend a little more, and make sure you don't wreck one relationship (like his with his friend) while getting a new one.

a boyfriend that's a jerk is of no use to you. there's no reason to having him around, he'd just get you angry andpissed off at him so why waste all that energy getting mad when you can have someoen else?
