so I had sex for the first time this week and he didnt use a condom, but he didnt cum in me...
the thing im confused about is, can I still be pregnant even though he didnt cum in me?

Completely false, a guy doesn't cum in you, you can still be pregnant because of precum. Not only could you be pregnant but you could also have an STD.
Why didn't you use a condom? You should learn about the precautions of sex before doing it again, for your own good.

there is the possibility of sperm in pre ejauclation, but the likelihood that one gets by is not statistcally high.

Yea I agree with the person above me...
If you didnt now you could get pregnant without using a condom then you shouldnt be having sex at all. You didnt know that you could get pregnant because of pre-ejaculation??? Try taking some sex classes before having sex because you have a lot of learning to do. And why didnt you use protection? Im sure you heard of STD's. If he had sex with you without a condom just think about how many other girls he didnt use a condom with despite what he probably told you. Youre doing grown people things and dont know what youre doing and now you can possibly be stuck with a baby because you wasnt using your head. Sorry to be hard on you but you should be more responsible next time.

Make sure you go to the doctor if your period doesnt come on time...AND NEXT TIME USE PROTECTION...BETTER YET...TAKE A SEX ED CLASS BEFORE HAVING SEX AGAIN.
