started talking about sexuality, and she confessed to liking girls too. We woke up the next morning in each other's arms. We'd kissed and cuddled. After that, I felt really attracted to her. I do want to go further with her and I have a confession. Girls nipples and breasts turn me on real bad. I do want to carry on with my boyfriend, but I also want a relationship with my best friend.

tell your best friend that you have feelings for her but then also explain to your boyfriend that your going through a confusing time but that you still care for him a lot, hopefully he'll understand

I think you should tell your boyfriend about the night you spent with your best friend and maybe he will understand that you are going through a time in your life where you dont know weather your straight or bi or maybe even a lesbian. until you have his thoughts on the subject I would'nt tell your best friend just yet.there is also no problem with being turned on by womens nipples and breasts,it doesn't mean your gay or bi.
