I still feel for my ex girlfriend

Today has been a bit upsetting for me firstly, because, for the first time in 4 months after a two year relationship of mine came to an end, that girl phoned me and asked to come around and use my printer.

so were both 18 now, and I have another girl friend currently nothing too serious.
she knows this, and we got speakin for two hours, and like, things were good, I made an effort to look nice, and, I reallt clicked with her, speaking nicely beinghonest, speaking and bonding for 2 hours. in the end, she hugged me, and I help her real tight and she kissed me on the neck. and I just, know shes been thinking about me, and she has been upset to see me with someone else, but quickly backs up shes over it, and im not so sure.

I know a lot happened between us and when we broke it ruined me as a person, and now I have a new girlfriend, I would feel comfort in knowing that when im older and I have a lot sorted in my life like uni and things and were both adults theyr might be something to go by, and I know she went home and cryed after seeing me becausei have her all the things I wasnt able too.

shes seen 2 people and both ended badly alwredy, im with a girl but im not soo attacked, and today has been a real test. and I know I still love my ex to bits, what should I do! please help.

( so I said ok, thinking id play on her mind and make her think over what she did and to try and get her thinking did she do the right thing in ending with me.)
so she came over, used my printer to print out her things, in the meantime we spoke. and we got chatting about all sorts of things, and in the end we spoke for two hours, and it cud have gone on all day. but like I said, in that time I realised I really do love her, its tearing my mind appart, any idea what I should do )

I dont think I could be this girls friend, she really means so much to me, and I dont know if I should tell her right now, or leave it to see what the future could bring for us both, maybee in years to come shel realise how much I ment to her aswell?? and come back on her own?
