The answer is no, there are no changes to a males pen*s when he loses his virginity. Always be honest about it though to your partner. But, if a male was a virgin the girl may be able to tell by his moves and what not. Or if a girl asks and he starts grinning or looking embarrassed, he probley isn't a virgin. There is no way of 100% knowing, thats why you should be in a honest relationship so you know your partners past.

It's all about attitude. A virgin guy will be really nervous but a guy who had had it before will most likely be able to dive right in without regrets. Nothing changes with a guy's pen!s though.
