I really want a flat stomach

ok im willing to do any type of work out but I need a flat stomach before sept 5th. I know its probably not healthy but I need to know how... please be as spacific as possible

Eat a lot Of Protein, Avoid eating a lot of grains as those will make it harder to lose belly fat, Excercise Excercise EXERCISE!

drink nothing but water or propel, eat no more than 1200 calories a day, run 20 minutes, and do crunches. Also if you can join a gym and do nautilous strength training-it halp firm and one your whole body. Good luck!
