Um to the answer above mine I don't think it's right to say at least I'm not Anorexic because like me quite a few girls are and it would really upset people if they heard people say that to anyone. I do not criticise people who are over weight so what gives them the right to do the same to me? Anyway in regards to your question healthy eating and an active lifestyle are the best way to look better and feel great. Also to people that say nasty things to you are bullys and they do not deserve a response from you. Thats why they say tire things to get a reaction. I hope my advice helps xx
hey..just chill,dont get affected by what they say...just tell them at least im not aneroxic etc.and its time to wake up,1 hour brisk walking aint gonna help so much,try going for a 30 min jog...some crunches sit ups etc.and dont worry,youre not alone,many people have the same probleme eat it only when you see it...but the truth is you can go without I...hope it helps

first of all I know what you are going threw and I am sorry that you are just to show you what chocolate does to you hunn every once of chocolate you have did you know to burn that chocolate you need to do at least 3 hours or really fast walking that is how unhealthy chocolate is ok hunn I know I have the same addiction and I gave it up the only way I did that is I don't bye it and I don't go neat anywhere were they sell lots of it
like corner stores and stuff and in store I stay out of that area and stay away from vending machines now also if you are trying to loose the weight you need to stay away from yeast that is bread and anything with flour pasta is not good either you can have some but in small amount and not often and stay to whole wheat as well 8 glasses of water is really good for you as well if you don't like water get christal light powder its light so it has no sugar in it it has aspertaine or glucose those are fake sugars their not really bad for you but there also not very good for you either
green veggies are the best for you and they also fight the bad fat white yellow orange any other color veggies have there own sugars in it there still good for you but they wont help to loose weight and salad the romaine lettuce iceberg lettuce is excellent for you just try those little things and do your walking and you will see a really big difference
