What does this poem mean ?

What does this poem mean ?
Its been felt a billions times
By a billions different people.
Their stories dont matter
All that matters
Is the tear they shed
Because those tears
Are their's
Their's alone.
This is my tear.
A nameless face you were to me
I swore id hunt you...
down
Little did I know id find only tears.
Your's
That fell upon me as mountains,
Crushing
Unbearable pressure
So tired my shoulders.
( I am no atlas)
So I slit my throat
And found nothingness.
You took the blade from my gored form
Wraped it in barbwire
And in the fire of you passion it did turn
Cherry red
And so you fancied it a diamond
A million facets did exclaim gleefully
Flashing bloodly light as
You placed it so lovingly
Between my heart and lungs
So that I may suffer
Even in death.
What does this poem mean ?
I know its written about a girl who lied to
Her lover
Could someone explain it to me stanza by stanza ?
