What if i've never had a date or sex?

I never Had A Date Neither Sex All of my Entire Life My Age 35- 44 what should I do

I wouldn't focus on the sex part right now.
As for dating, just go places to meet some ladies.
Women are everywhere - join some singles clubs, etc.

Welll... looks arent always everything! obviously (no offence) but you might not have sex appeal but why not be one of those guys who isnt the best looking but they shine because of their personality?!!

Personality is better in my opinion.. go out, get hammered and the first girl you see that you like, dont be afraid to make the first move. just do it!

act confident, be funny and wallaaahh! you have yourself a date!

Btw.. sex isnt everything..! dont just go out with someon ejust for that.. its quite shallow...
