To "shape" up your stomach do situps, crunches, leg lifts, oblique crunches, oblique situps, those rolly things with the handles and use the yoga ball for stability.
For your butt get on the stairmaster after doing some squats or leg presses. Also you could lose fat and get a better shaped butt by running at an incline.

How can I get rid of my belly and shape up my butt?
I am trying really heard to get ride of my belly. I dont want to take pills and I can't afford a diet plan.. I also would like a excersice that I could do to shape my stomach and my butt..
