I need to lose fat.

I have a big stomach, and big theghs. it stinks cause in not over weight but every one in my grade is under weight exept 3 people no joke they all have flat stomachs and thin theights their boadyalook like super models compared to me I eat too much and I feel like a fattie,,, please pleaseee help!!!

do what becca14 said, but include a aerobic wokrout (running, cycling, tae-bo, pump it up,…) in your daily life. if you combine working out with 5 normal portions of food a day breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2x snacks - your body will slowly balance food consumption and in time you’ll burn exactly what you eat! but this must become your daily routine!! combination of working out and eating normally is essential. if you eat properly but don’t work out, you’ll notice changes but very slowly and there is a great chance you’ll go to your ‘’old’’self when you break your eating routine. but when you combine it with working out, your body will burn your excess fat and start digesting food you consume faster because it will need that energy when you workout, and also it will be easier to keep your weight because after a while your body burns calories even if you skip a day. I hope you’ll stick to this for at least a year. I garantee you’ll be fascinated with the results and in a year I hope regular workout and healthy food will be a part of your lifestyle! KEEP AT IT¨! running isnt gonna do anything, my personal fitness teacher told me that doing squats is the best thing to fix that “tire” around your stomach, get rid of that fat and make it look nice

well first of all DON’T GO ON A DIET OF and EATING OR MINIMAL EATING!!!. just eat in normal sized portions and eat HEALTHY. eat at every meal time to. you will start to drop weight if you eat lots of fruit and veggies and if you eat in proper portions. :)

If you want to burn fat, I will give you my diet/workout! SO, the best part of the diet is that it is %80 fruits and veggies, this is an excellent way to burn fat, because it takes more calories to digest fruit and veggies, than the fruit is in calories. (an 80 calorie apple takes 95 calories to burn, and so on) Also, you have to make sure you keep to lean meats only, although it costs more, get fresh deli meats, instead of packaged! Packaged have more unhealthy preservatives!!! Plus lean meat is high in protein and helps build muscle. The workout is simple. Lift as much weight as you can! If you use lots of reps, but less weight, you muscle will only grow to the small weight, plus the more muscle, the more calories are burned. The next part of the workout is jumping rope. Jump rope for about 10-15 minutes, 2 times a day. Jumping rope is about 2 times as effective as running. 10-15 minutes of jump rope = 20-30 minutes of running. If you do this 2 times a day, you will do 30 minutes of jumping instead of 1 hour of running. All of the small things add up. Another thing you might want to consider is doing a week of detox! There are several recipes, but I find ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey work the best. Drink this for a week, and you will be on the right track. If you want to skip detox, then feel free, it is good for quick starting, but it can be done without!
