I don't think that is realistic. That is 15 to 20 pounds per month. If it is doable then it would require a good diet and a lot of exercise.

well, to tell you the truth. you CAN'T. there's absolutely no way. it takes much longer than that, but if you do it the right way with diet and excersize and drinking lots of water, you will improve your metabolism and you'll start feeling better about yourself. I've lost 22 pounds and now wear a size 3-4 jeans. you can do it too.
