Is there a safe and healthy way to lose weight?

I dont want to starve. I dont want drugs... Is there a safe and healthy way? I also dunno how much I am supposed to weigh. I am 5'4 and weigh 240 3 years ago I only weighed 178 I almost gained anouther me! any ideas to keep me focased?

ya just excercise a lot go 4 a walk everyday but why lose weight? people are perfect the way they r

well eat like healthy stuff and watch how much calories you get a day but DONTt YOU EVER TAKE PILLS THAT SAY YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT IT CAN HURT YOU AND YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE FUTUR

weight watchers is the only diet that has worked for me,I used to be 12 stone now im down to 8!!!if you really want to do it then it should work for you.everything has a point value so no food is banned,if you want to blow your days points on a burger then you can,its so easy.also making sure you exercising theres no reason why you shouldunt lose the weight you want,good luck to you

Cut about foods, limit caloric intake, exercise but split it up so your metabolism gets several boosts a day, drink water and only water, eat foods that raise metabolism such as things with fiber and finally eat protein so you can gain muscle mass which will burn fat.
