okay, I pretty much have a good idea what the term 'blue balls' means, but I need to know for certain. anyone care to help me out? thanks much

it's when a guy is about to c*m and then the person about to make him c*m stops (in which he doesn't have an orgasum), then shortly after he get's 'blue balls', or his pen*s/balls get very sore.

blue balls can happen if he stays in the swimming pool to long. Hence the Water is blue and the Chlorine exacerbates (not masturbates) this situation...therefore it acts like food coloring and then dyes his balls blue. The Olympic Swimming Team Has Blue Balls. The End.
