Hey.
For starters bare in mind that you can eat fat free things like fruits and veg. When youre bulimic / anorexic you skin goes rather pale and you start to get blue bags under your eyes, so If you eat fruit and veg then you should keep your skin tone and hopefuly it will stay healthy. (plus that way you can keep off some of the signs of anorexia and keep it to yourself! - Waters good for that too!)
Putting your fingers down your throat is great, But just mind the backs of your knuckels cause you get marks on them too...mine are covered in marks and its not nice; so just watch your teeth!
Toothbrushes I wouldnt reconmend as I nearly swallowed one once! :S so theyre not great to be honest.
It also helps if you binge a lot before making yourself sick, This way your stomach will want rid of some of the fod anyway if you OVER indulge.
Try not to make yourself sick after eating only little things as your throat will become very sore from the constant vomiting - plus the enamel goes from your teeth making them weak!
Another form of making yourself sick that not many people know about it drinking a glass of salt water! Its by no means pleasant And tastes vile, but it's so bad it will make you sick. - Trust me. Try not to do that too often either because its not good for your body if too much salt gets into your system.
If all these fail or you arnt happy with the methods then try a laxaitive. They just make your stomach and bowl move faster so your body doesnt get the chance to store the fat from the foods you eat.
So remember;
Eat fat free foods - try to stick to this when bingeing
Exercise - jogging is ace!
Don't swallow the toothbrush!
And watch your skin.

I don't think you understand that bulimia and anorexia are both psychological conditions. You don't MAKE yourself either of those things--they are diseases of the mind. They aren't substitutes for healthy diet and exercise, which WILL help you lose weight.
Instead, it will slow down your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight. Eventually, anorexia and bulimia will demineralize teeth. Your teeth may become sensitive to heat, cold, and acids. Eventually, your teeth may severely decay, erode away from fillings, and finally fall out. Sexy, huh?
Your blood potassium levels can drop significantly with regular vomiting or use of certain diuretics. This can disturb your heart's rhythm and even produce sudden death.
Salivary glands may swell because of infection and irritation from the vomit. You may at some point suffer from stomach ulcers and bleeding and tears in your esophagus. Constipation may result from frequent laxative use.
When bulimic episodes occur over time, a sequence of chronic illnesses can occur affecting your heart, liver, gastrointestinal tract, and/or neurologic complications.
The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.
If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

Alright, Hey my name is Chloe I am 17 years old and I'm about 5'7 and I weight about 145 lbs I have recently been trying to be bulimic as well as anorexic to try to lose as much weight as possible and I would really like some good tips on how to do so, so if you could please help me out I would appreciate it. I just need some good tips on how to make myself throw up better, what you recommend or things you have tried. I heard using a toothbrush to push down your throat helps, but let me know what you think. Thanks!
