I need to be able to say no! help anyone?

Basically I let EVERYONE walk all over me I let people use me and I do whatever people say because im scared of what they will think of me if I dont.
theres a guy who I've liked for 4 years and even thought hes NEVER loved me back, not good looking...

and a horrible person, he just has a spark about him.. anyway hes used me for blowjobs over and over again and im sick of it.. the other day he asked for sex and I found it so difficult so say no that I had to pretend my phone rung! this sounds perfetic I know (please no nasty comments!) but I need to know how to say no because I dont want to do all this stuff! CERTAINLY not sex or blowjobs! I just dont wanna let him down.. can anyone help at all? x

well...he seems as if he is really using you I would not go out with this person any more if he is only using you for blow jobs if he even cared about you he wouldn't want to make you do anything your uncomfortable with I think your just gonna have 2 let him down you'll find someone who actually cares bout you hope this helps xx

you first step..is to stop talking to him..or telling him your done...u say your being used..but you go back to him and saying how you dont want to hurt him..thats is just hurting you more and more..so the first thing..you need to find your self..and start relasing it doesnt matter if your hurt him..you need to help your self first

what you need to do is two options..you tell him no..and end it or just stop talking to him over all..and just ignore him..move on..it will be eh at first..but go be with your friends..and bit by bit..it will go away..♦

remember you will fine people who really care about you..friendship or anything.its not you makign them help and listening to them to do that..because that will never help you fine real friends and so on
