exercise your but off. every day walk or jogg, do push ups, and curl ups about 100 times a day. EAT HEALTHY, DO NOT DIET! the last thing you want to be is staving

sounds like a healthy weight to me, but....
run a frickin lot and eat lots of protein, so a ton of sit ups
without passing out? I don't think so! but we can get you in the ball park! lots of cardio and protein shakes! don't over do it or we will most definitely see you at the crossroads!
