Can i lose this big tummy fast?

im 15 and im not fat I know that.. I just have a pudgy tummy
lol and I have strech marks so im kinda ashamed
to go swimming or anything with a fat belly with strech marks.
I mean come on you would be embaressed to about it..
So my (( ? )) is how can I...

lose this big tummy fast so ill still have
time to look good when I go swimming with friends. And how can
I get rid of these strech marks there not to bad but they are
noticable do the creams at the stores really work?? please help!!!

well if the stretch marks arent red then they can never go away=[ sorry
but fit they are still red/pink or w/e then just put cocoa butter at least 3x a day everyday. itwill take a while but theyy gooo

Start working out. Stop drinking sodas, and eating junk foods. Walk everyday.. Become more active. Dance, Play sports. Do some sit-sups, and crunches. You'll start to notice a change.

I lost mine by eating cereal, salad, grapes, high fibers, and also jogging for 10 minutes each day.

for faster results, you should run, and do any other type of exercises and go on a healtthy eating diet

weight loss does NOT happen fast
it happens GRADUALLY
and it can take months to loose weight and see results
not hours, not days, not weeks...MONTHS
healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight
anything else will either damage your health
make you gain all the weight back and then some
or do both
so its not goinng to happen fast
and no, nothing will get rid of the stretch marks
