Dear angies123,
The last thing you want to do is asked to be rated if you have problem with needing confidence. People can be cruel just to be cruel...so unless you have an abundance of confidence you shouldn't ask this question. A lack of confidence is a symptom of some underlying problem. Find the problem and deal with this. Seek out a counsellor they can help you to figure it all out.
