okay so I just turned 20, && I just got out of a long relationship, my ex boyfriend broke up with me because he said I didnt 'fit' in the music industry, so now hes going with this little skinny mini. so what exercise && stuff should I do to slim down, I dont want to be 2 skinny, but I want to lose my belly, so I look fresh and rub it in his face =)

you can not lose fat in one area of your body, and unfortunatly, your gut is the last to go. a good healthy diet, regualr exercise, any cardiovascular excersize for over 20min. in order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you take in. anything high in sat. fat, or trans. fat is bad
