you need to leave your current boyfriend becos its not fair to him that you are with him and have feelings for someone else, you need to let him go and then you are free to pursue any relationship you want with no strings attached and work out how you feel becos you cant do that when you are attached to someone else, there are to many rules, when you are single you are free to see how you feel.
