Where and when to ask him to the dance?

O,k, I really like this guy named Michael and I've been trying to call him and ask if he'll go to the Valentine's Day Dance with me this Friday but he hasn't answered hes phone and I left a message 2 days ago and he hasn't called me back. I don't want to ask him at school because it would be awkward with all of the people around us,
what shoule I do?

Try calling again, if he doesn't pick up just ask at school when he's alone or when no one is paying attention to me. Don't write a letter to him with on of those yes or no replies, just ask him verbally to make a point, it will entice him to say yes since your showing how serious and brave you can be. It could happen.
