It's going to be difficult to get rid of it completely in 3 days (providing you are speaking of REAL acne - I.e. VERY VERY bad), but if you eat healthy, get enough sleep and drink enough water, your skin will be better and your immune system will pick up...this will help somewhat with break outs.
