Can I move out at 17?

im 16, and fuly capable of taking care of myself, in a few months ill have a car. I have a job which I work at minimum of 4 days a week.. once I get my licence ill get more hours. I recently moved back out of one of my moms old friends house to my moms, I sleep on the couch and things just quite simply arnt working. we fight constantly about EVERYTHING. the reason I moved out before was because of my abusive father who my mom just keeps takign back its been like that my whoel life. my older sister moved out when she was 16 to live with her dad because of my dads behavior. I know I can take care of myself on my own. but im not sure if im a loud legally. I heard from someone that at 17 she couldnt stop me from leaving is this true? or do I have to go the emancipation ruite?

I don't know what the legal age is there, it varies from place to place.
Just wanted to say... people don't KNOW if they are capable of taking care of themselves until it actually comes time to. Is there a different family member you could maybe live with, or a friend?

your parents have to legally sign you off if your sixteen they can disown you if thats what you want,,, honestly though thats your family if your father is hurting you and your mom is taking him back,,, its not because shes stupid or anything like that women like your mom cant help it,,

my friends mom had the same problem,,, why cant you live with your sis thats what mi other friend did,, your not alone,,

I know this might sound funni but talk to god even if you dont know him,,, talk to him as if he was just another person,,, tell him to help you out and give you strength,,

I am proud of you for being responsible but answer me this who is buy the car for you to drive?

I really dont think its right for you to leave your mom wit him your still family wether you want to be or not running away will make it easier on you but not your mom,,

my friend didnt ask to be disowned her mom didnt want her no more,,, sad it reali is,, no offense but I think you have it good a job a family maybe not the best but still there,,, I know allot of kids that wud just kick there kids out not carrying and tell them dont come back thats what happen to mi mom,,, thats why no matter how much I hate her I pray for her and talk to god it actualli helps
